If your appliance is only a year or two old, check whether it's still under the manufacturer's warranty before you book. If it is, start with the manufacturer or the shop where you bought it. Once it's out of warranty, we can help.
Modern washing machines, dishwashers and fridges show error codes when something goes wrong. Write the code down or take a photo before you switch the appliance off, because some machines clear it when they restart. The code tells the technician which part of the appliance to test first.
Living in a complex
