1. Getting in touch
WhatsApp us, call 061 402 6299 or use the booking form. Tell us what the appliance is, what it's doing and where you are. A photo of the model sticker, or a short video of the fault, helps the technician arrive with the right idea of what to look for.
If water is on the floor or food is at risk, say so. On the form, switch on "It's urgent". Our emergency repairs page has a few things you can do safely while you wait.
2. Your technician heads your way
Typically at your door within 60 minutes for same-day bookings. We'll confirm the visit with you first.
Track your technician live: when they leave, you get a live tracking link on your phone. There's no need to wait by the window.

3. Finding the fault
The technician looks at the appliance where it stands, runs it and tests the parts most likely to be behind the problem. Then they tell you what's wrong and what the repair involves, in plain words, and what it will cost. Nothing is done until you say yes.
4. The call-out rule
No call-out fee when we repair it. If no repair is done, a R500 call-out applies.
- We repair it: you pay for the repair. There's no separate call-out fee.
- No repair is done: for example, you decide not to go ahead, or you'd rather replace the appliance. The R500 call-out applies.
Not sure whether a repair is worth it? Before you book, try our repair or replace check.
No call-out fee when we repair it.If no repair is done, a R500 call-out applies. The technician finds the fault and explains the repair before any work starts, so you decide whether to go ahead.
Book a repairBefore the technician arrives
- Clear a little space around the appliance so it can be moved or opened up.
- Have the brand and model number ready if you can find them.
- For a fridge or freezer, keep the doors closed and have a cooler box handy for food.
- Keep pets in another room while the technician works.
- If you live in a complex or estate, sort out gate access in advance.
Questions about how it works
What should I tell you when I book?
The appliance, the brand if you know it, what it's doing (or not doing), any error code on the display, and your suburb. If it's easier, send a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. It all helps the technician arrive prepared.
Where do I find the model number?
Usually on a sticker or plate: inside the door rim of a washing machine or dishwasher, on the inside wall of a fridge or freezer, on the back or the frame around the door of an oven or stove, and inside the door of a tumble dryer. A clear photo of that sticker is perfect.
What does the R500 call-out cover?
No call-out fee when we repair it. If no repair is done, a R500 call-out applies. In other words, the R500 applies only when no repair is done, for example when you decide not to go ahead.
Is the arrival time guaranteed?
No. Typically at your door within 60 minutes for same-day bookings. Track your technician live: when they leave, you get a live tracking link on your phone, so you're not left guessing.
